You can access the group-wide compliance helpdesk of Morinaga Milk Industry by clicking on the link above. The system is provided by an external provider specialising in the secure and confidential handling of sensitive content. Incoming reports are not tracked and the sender is not automatically registered. If feedback from the whistleblower is desired, a valid e-mail address must be provided. The access data for the system has been communicated internally and can be requested at any time from the HR department or the works council. Documentation and further information can be found on the intranet.

Above all, it is important to use the helpdesk system responsibly. The content of the report is first checked by the independent service provider (external) and then forwarded to the shareholders and management for clarification. Every concern is treated confidentially.

MILEI Compliance Helpdesk

MILEI's business practices are based on a set of values characterised by the concepts of transparency, honesty, clarity, commitment and responsibility. These five value pillars describe the principles on which we want to base our business activities.

This value base serves as a benchmark for all value-oriented basic documents and rules of conduct in our day-to-day business. Numerous legal requirements can also be traced back to these values. The aim is to actually live out and firmly establish our self-defined values in our day-to-day operations. It is important to have a clear compass, both in our daily interactions and in the actual value creation process, because not all problems can be solved with laws and rules.

MILEI employees and stakeholders are called upon to report practices or activities that they believe contradict the general rules of behaviour as defined by internal documents or are even illegal. The initial points of contact are line managers, HR management, the company's designated complaints office or the employee representative body (works council).

If it seems appropriate due to the nature of the matter to be reported, reports of violations can also be reported directly to the Compliance Officer. This also applies to complaints in connection with corruption (bribery, corruption, acceptance of benefits, granting of benefits). Please use the functionalities of the electronic whistleblowing system for this purpose.
