Here, we show how we actively and value‑driven shape the future:
Heat Recovery
In 2025, we invested around 12 million euros to bring a groundbreaking energy project to life at our Leutkirch site. At its core are state‑of‑the‑art heat pumps and a newly built energy tower - the only one of its kind in Germany - designed to capture and return valuable waste heat from production back into the energy cycle.
This innovative system allows us to use energy multiple times, cut our natural gas consumption by roughly 45 gigawatt‑hours each year, and maintein the highest quality and hygiene standards while improving our energy efficiency.
It’s a practical and meaningful step on our path toward stronger climate action and responsible use of resources.
Administration Building
Our new administration building reflects sustainable growth and purposeful action. From the very beginning, our goal was clear: to create space for modern ways of working without placing additional strain on resources.
The building is heated entirely with waste heat from our production facilities, and its cooling system also relies on existing infrastructure. Efficient and well‑integrated.
Both the roof and the façade are fully equipped with photovoltaic panels. As a result, the building generates more electricity than it consumes and also supplies renewable energy to around 20 electric vehicles.
It’s a workplace that not only provides space, but also takes responsibility and actively helps shaping our future.
